Learning to lead in the age of AI.
Leadership. Learning. Consulting. Coaching.
We help people and organizations level-up their skills, rethink what’s possible, and build capacity to keep evolving in a changing world. From the frontline to the C-suite for enterprises of all sizes, we design and deliver tailored learning, consulting, and coaching solutions that blend AI expertise with proven development approaches that unlock leadership potential and deliver observable impact.
How We Help
We focus on five things that move performance: future-ready skills (including practical use of AI), systems and strategic thinking, learning design that sticks, leadership coaching and assessment, and skilled facilitation and moderation. We build personalized solutions around your context, with clear outcomes and impact aligned from the start.
How We Work
Our approach is human-centered and grounded in your reality. We run customized diagnostics to zero in on needs, co-design with your team, pilot quickly, measure what matters, and scale what works. Our cross-disciplinary network brings the right expertise at the right time—so progress is doable, not disruptive.
Who’s in the Room
We’re a networked organization, operating with Joy's Law in management — "no matter who you are, most of the smartest people work for someone else”—in mind and we’re always future scanning with an eye toward what works and what’s next. Take a look at some of our collaborators and the thinking that shapes our work. We tailor the lineup and insights to your goals and co-create solutions with you.
Future-proofing for an AI-powered world
As AI has fast become part of everyday work across many organizations, the leadership agenda is expanding beyond adoption to bigger decisions about how businesses adapt, how people contribute, and which capabilities will support new opportunities. The numbers tell part of the story:
- According to research by the World Economic Forum, on average, workers can expect that 39% of their existing skill sets will be transformed or become outdated by 2030.
- A Microsoft study surveying 20,000 workers using AI found 65% fear falling behind without adapting, while 45% feel safer focusing on current goals than redesigning work with AI.
- In Adobe’s research surveying more than 5,000 senior executives, 54% of participating organizations cite skills and talent as a top barrier to scaling AI.
- Of the strategy leaders surveyed by Deloitte, 39% report that their organizations remain in pilot or early execution stages, while 16% report using AI to fundamentally reimagine lines of business or create new sources of competitive advantage.
- Among senior transformation leaders surveyed by KPMG, 75% expect gains from humans and AI working together, yet only 19% report that their workforce is ready.
These findings point to gaps between what organizations want to achieve and what it takes to make it happen. Decisions about how people and AI work together will shape the opportunities businesses can pursue, the roles people play, and the skills they need. We help leaders work through these connections: what their strategy requires, how work needs to change, and which human and AI capabilities can contribute. Through advisory work, learning, and coaching, we help them develop the skills and judgment to put those decisions into practice.
